Well-suited for family reunions, this palm-encircled three story home is one of the largest private rentals available in our popular vacation town.

Twenty minutes south of historic downtown St. Augustine, Florida, you will not be too far to explore it each day, if you wish. The distance will be much appreciated by your family or group, however, as the distance from tourism-based hotels ensures a quiet and peace usually only enjoyed by locals. Our beach vacation house itself offers the same degrees of togetherness and isolation, with abounding common areas to enjoy with your group as well as the calming retreats of upstairs bedrooms with cable television, balconies, and the serene beach itself, which you may enjoy on your own. Whether here with friends and loved ones for the town or the unique experience provided by the house alone, you will come away both refreshed and reconnected.

Luxury Vacation Home – One Room at a Time

The first floor’s recreation area comes complete with a pool table, a TV with cable, refrigerator, and exercise room. A full bathroom is conveniently located here for washing up after frolics on the beach, rigorous exercising, or biking around the quiet island on the provided bicycles. A large front porch allows you to take in the Atlantic Ocean between family games or while waiting for cousins to assemble themselves before heading over to the beach just steps from the home.

The second floor is the heart of the home, with a fully equipped kitchen, accompanying dining room and dinette area, as well as an impressive family room. A very large balcony, of course, looking out onto the Atlantic Ocean, is ideal for relaxing after a home-cooked meal and is also conveniently situated for tossing water balloons at members of your family approaching the house. A door to this kitchen provides easy access to refreshments while enjoying the pool area behind the house, with its heated pool, Jacuzzi, and half bathroom. This is a perfect beach vacation rental.

The third floor is your nightly sanctuary as you retreat to one of the five bedrooms, all of which have a calming ocean view and cable TV for your entertainment. The two full bathrooms on this floor also provide views of the ocean, leaving you feeling so surrounded by water that the home seems to be your own private island getaway. The palms dancing around the house and the soft, perpetual ocean rumblings ensure that each night’s rest invigorate you for your next day in St. Augustine.

As if three furnished floors with views of the ocean aren’t enough to quench your thirst for it, a flat roof with provided chairs offers the most spectacular view. You’re sure not to miss the sunrise wherever you are in the house, but catching it up here sets the best stage for the event. From here, also, the sunsets over the Intracoastal Water Way may rival the ocean sunrises. On the fourth of July, the view allows you very special access to the fireworks displays from all neighboring towns, including the largest, being St. Augustine’s.

Rental Amenities

Amenities, not counting the views, proximity to St. Augustine, and the beach beyond your lush, grassy front yard, are as follows:

• Five bedrooms, with one king bed, three queen beds, and one full-size bed.
• Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, with two of the full bathrooms located near the bedrooms.
• Cable TV in the recreation room and in all the bedrooms, so one may always watch what they desire.
• An exercise room on the ground floor, near a full bathroom. The exercise area boasts a treadmill, stairmaster, and stationary bike.
• A pool table with all the necessary equipment.
• A gas grill for the many barbecues that being near the beach calls for.
• Bicycles for enjoying quiet Summer Haven and the Matanzas Inlet area, including nearby Fort Matanzas National Monument. You may want to venture all the way to St. Augustine; just follow the beach.
• Beach chairs that may be carried back and forth the very short distance to the beach.
• A fully equipped kitchen for the nights you want to take a break from the fine dining in the area.
• High-speed, wireless Internet service constantly available.
• Clean sheets and towels for the week.
• And finally, an iron and ironing board for touchups before group photos that you will cherish for years to come.
